Terms and privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-08-23

This document explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have over it. It is deliberately written in plain language: this is your child's data.

1. Who is responsible

The details of the responsible entity have not been filled in on this installation yet. Please contact us before submitting personal data.

Data protection enquiries: administracion@jugamejor.com.

2. What we collect

About the child: name (optional when enquiring), age, and — if enrolled — date of birth, class attendance, coach assessments and, with your permission, photos or videos from training.

About the parent or guardian: name, email address (required: it is your login) and phone or WhatsApp.

If you create an account we also store your password as an irreversible hash — not even we can read it.

Approximate location: only if you share it explicitly, and only to suggest the nearest pitch. You can skip that step and the enquiry still works.

Minimal technical data: your chosen language and the IP address you submit forms from (enquiry, booking, registration and sign-in). The IP is used only to rate-limit submissions and stop automated attacks, and is deleted automatically within 24 hours.

3. What we use it for

To contact you and arrange the trial class.

To place the child in the group matching their age and the chosen pitch.

To show you progress and coach reports, if enrolled.

We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process data with your consent, given when you send the enquiry or enrol the child.

Consent for photos and videos is separate and optional: you can enrol without it. If you withhold it, the child does not appear in any visual material and the coach sees a marker saying so.

You can withdraw any consent at any time by writing to us.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment: up to 12 months, so we can get back to you if we open a group for that age.

Enrolled pupils' data: for the duration of the relationship with the school and any period required by accounting and tax obligations.

You can ask us to delete the data before those periods.

6. Your rights (ARCO)

You can request access to the data we hold, its correction if wrong, its update or its deletion.

Write to administracion@jugamejor.com and we will respond within the periods set by Law 25.326.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority and you may address a complaint to it.

7. Cookies

We use no advertising cookies, there are no third-party trackers, and we do not share your browsing with anyone.

We measure site usage with our own system, hosted on the same server: how many people arrive, at which form step they drop off, and which ad they came from. This needs no cookies: a visit is identified by a random number that lives in the browser tab and disappears when you close it. It cannot recognise you on a later visit or link you to your name.

We use two technical cookies: one keeps you signed in to your account; the other remembers, for 30 days and only in this browser, the enquiry you sent, so we can fill in the enrolment form for you.

8. Who we share it with

Providers that make the service work: site hosting, email delivery and, where applicable, the payment processor. Each accesses only what its function requires.

Authorities, only where a legal rule obliges us.

The site and database are hosted in Argentina. Email delivery and payment processing are handled by international providers, so those specific pieces of data (your email address, transaction details) may be processed outside the country.

9. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords and access codes are stored hashed, never in plain text.

Access to data is limited to school staff who need it for their work.

No system is infallible: should an incident affect your data, we will tell you.

10. Children

All information about a child is provided and authorised by their parent or guardian. The site is not intended to be used by minors on their own.

11. Changes

If we change this document we update the date in the header. We store the version you accepted, so it is always possible to establish which text you agreed to.
